- How is Payaca different from generic CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot?
- Generic CRMs require extensive customization to handle solar workflows. Payaca is purpose-built with solar design tool integrations, project stage tracking, permit management fields, and field service capabilities out of the box.
- Can I design solar in Payaca?
- Yes. Glow, in limited release, designs the roof inside Payaca and the design becomes the priced proposal. If you already design in OpenSolar, designs import with panel counts, inverter specifications and production estimates, no manual re-entry. An Aurora integration is coming soon.
- Can Payaca estimate production and net-metering savings?
- Yes, in Glow. It runs PVWatts on the design to estimate annual production from the site's weather data. You can then compare a flat export payment with a monthly kWh credit bank over the next 12 months, with the assumptions set from the customer's utility tariff, and see how unused credits carry into later months.
- How long does implementation take?
