About the Role:

‍This is an exciting role for someone at the start of their career, eager to learn about running a business within the tech industry. You will:

• Work closely with the CEO and the team to address customer and operational challenges.
• Develop a deep understanding of our business operations and software solutions.
• Communicate with customers to understand and solve their technical issues.
• Participate in testing our software to ensure it meets high-quality standards.
• Gain hands-on experience with data analysis and spreadsheet management.
• Learn about coding, particularly in SQL and Python

Responsibilities:

• Assist the CEO and team in daily operational tasks and strategic projects.
• Provide technical support to customers, understanding their needs and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with the development team to test new features and improvements.
• Analyse data and manage spreadsheets to support business decisions.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Requirements:

• Technical mindset with a solid understanding of data and spreadsheet management.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and addressing their technical challenges.
• Basic coding experience, especially in SQL and Python, is a plus.
• Driven, proactive, and eager to learn about all aspects of running a business.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Working Hours:

‍Everyone at Payaca is expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. As the Technical Operations Associate, you may need to work outside of the typical 9-5 hours to achieve strategic goals and meet project deadlines. However, we are committed to ensuring a healthy work-life balance for our team, offering flexibility when needed to support both professional and personal well-being.

Salary:

‍£25,000 to £35,000 per year, depending on current ability.
