We’ve made several enhancements to the City Plumbing direct order flow to improve clarity and streamline your ordering experience. Here’s what’s new:

User Contact Selection

  • You can now choose which team member’s contact details are shared with City Plumbing. This ensures the right person is contacted if there are any queries. These details will appear in the "Notes" section of the internal PO document.

Clearer Address Information

  • The Delivery/Collection address is now shown on the internal PO.
  • The "To" address will reflect the specific City Plumbing branch fulfilling your order.
  • Branch contact details, including a link to the branch on the City Plumbing website, will also be visible on the PO.

We are now working on two new features:

  • Adding custom notes to your order
  • Creating an order for a future delivery or collection date
