Your templated automations are now fully configurable

Your templated automations are now fully configurable, and you will find them in the Automations list next to the automations you have built yourself. Everything that runs automatically on your account is in one place so that it can all be searched and sorted together.

All automations that were set up using templates will continue to run exactly as they did before. Open them from the list and you can now change:

  • The trigger, for example sending an invoice reminder 1 day before the due date instead of 3
  • The conditions that decide which projects, proposals or invoices it runs for
  • The actions, including adding a second action, like an SMS alongside the email

To set up something new, create an automation from scratch, or ask Agent Dave to build one for you.
