Payaca API: read a Project's files

You can now list every file held against a Project through the Payaca API.

GET projects/{projectId}/files returns a page of a Project's files, newest first. It covers what you see on the Project's Files tab in the Payaca web app: files added to the Project directly, and those attached to its Proposals, Invoices, Purchase Orders and Scheduled Events.
