Repeat work from existing customers is super important, we've made it easy for repeat work to appear in your customer journey pipeline at exactly the right time.
When completing a form, if you set the Next Inspection Due Date and tick the box, a new deal will get created automatically and will become visible in the pipeline 30 days before the next inspection date.
The new deal will have:
- A placeholder booking
- A link to the previous deal
- A tag to let you know it's a repeat customer
