Easier to use API

We've reorganised our API documentation so that endpoints are grouped together by the resource they document, and the most useful endpoints (for creating Customers and Projects) are right at the top.

In addition, now if you send keys in your request that we don't know how to process, we will respond with an error warning you. This should help identify typos and avoid silent data loss.
