Two technicians, one project: Field App forms keep both sets of answers

Bigger jobs often have more than one technician on site. One fills in the site survey while another works through the pre-install check, sometimes with no signal. The Field App now combines their answers on the project, so neither technician's work is lost.

Both technicians' answers are kept

When a form is completed, the Field App only adds the answers that technician changed. Everything else on the project stays as it is.

So if one technician records the main panel rating and another records the battery location, the project ends up with both.

This works offline too. A form completed without signal is sent when the phone reconnects, and it still only adds the answers that technician changed.

Forms open with the latest answers

A form opens with the project's current answers, including anything another technician has already filled in. Your technician can see what's done and fill in only what's missing.

When two technicians change the same answer

If both technicians change the same answer, the form completed last wins. To remove an answer, clear the field before completing the form.
