Labour tab replaces Timelogs

We've moved Timelogs to a new Labour tab within Projects.

In this tab, you can now track the forecast cost of a project too. This forecast is measured against your Timelogs, displayed in the Project Profitability graph.

If a project goes over budget, it will be clearly flagged in the Labour tab.
