Project Site Address UX changes

Adding and editing the project's site address had become an overcomplicated process. So we sat down and had a rethink!

You can now simply switch between the different addresses associated with project's Customer, edit the address and add/edit that site's Access Contacts. If needed you can also add a new address to the customer all from the same modal.
