Martha HearnWe've created a new Proposal Templates feature to help out those of you with defined quoting processes which you use over and over again.
On a Proposal Template you can define:
- ✍🏽 Introduction text, customised to the Customer
- ✍🏽 Notes text, customised to the Customer
- 📆 How long the Proposal is valid for
- 💸 A staged Payment Schedule (including deposit)

- 👀 The Proposal will clearly show your Customers how a Project's payments will be broken down across multiple Invoices
- ⚡️ The Invoices will be created for you automatically when a Proposal is accepted - all you have to do is send them out at the right times!
Proposal Templates are defined in the same way as Event Templates, on the 'Templates' page.
They can be applied when a Proposal is created.
