Sales Manager user role now available 🎉

The Sales Manager role:

✅ They can create/edit materials, suppliers, line items, line item groups and purchase orders. They can assign events and tasks to other users.

❌ They won't have access to reports, business performance, account management, subscription management, connections or dashboard.
