Plan a large team without losing your place on the schedule

The filters and date header now stay on screen as you scroll down your schedule, so you can always see which day or week you're looking at. It's a big improvement for large teams!

This works on the schedule itself and on the schedule tab of every project and customer.

Collapsed groups stay collapsed

Following on from grouping the schedule by team, Payaca now remembers which groups you have collapsed. Fold away Unassigned or your apprentices once, and they stay that way:

• when you leave the schedule and come back
• after you refresh the page
• on any other device you sign in on

Each person's view is their own, so collapsing a group never changes what the rest of the office sees.
