Task Notes now visible on the Field Service app

Notes added to a Task in the Payaca web app now show up on the Task in the Field Service app, so the context the office adds reaches the engineer on site.

Notes appear on the Task card, the Custom Field Task screen while it's being filled in, and on the completed view. Formatting from the web app editor (bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, links) is preserved, so phone numbers and reference links are easy to spot at a glance.
