Mark Proposals as accepted via the API

Not every Customer accepts their Proposal by clicking a button - some confirm over the phone, in person, or through an integrator's own customer-facing UI. Until now, recording that acceptance back in Payaca meant doing it manually in the web app.

A new accept-Proposal endpoint lets integrations mark a sent Proposal as accepted on behalf of the Customer. The Proposal moves through the same flow as a Customer-driven acceptance, so any Automations, Webhooks, and pipeline transitions you already rely on continue to fire.
