Matt BesseyWhen your Field Agents launched the Field Service app after a Materials catalogue update, they were greeted with a loading screen while the new data downloaded, and this could take a while on a slower connection.
That wait is gone. The Field app now syncs Materials in the background, so agents can start working as soon as the app opens. The catalogue catches up behind the scenes.
