Generate and sign documents on site - even with no signal

Compliance and handover paperwork happens on site. Until now, generating that document meant a back-office user creating it from the web app first, before the engineer could show it and get it signed.

Now Field Agents can do the whole thing themselves, from the Field Service app, on the job.

Open the Files screen on a scheduled Event and tap the + to generate a Document. Pick any of your account's Document templates - including any Document blueprint you've added - and Payaca fills it in from the Project's data and links the finished Document to the Event.

If the template captures a signature, the customer can sign it there and then on your device.

Generating the Document, filling it in, and capturing the signature all work completely offline.
