Now, when you add a new site address, Payaca automatically checks for the latest Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for that property (England and Wales). All the relevant data is then loaded directly into a new 'Property' tab for that job, giving you key insights without any manual entry.

This new 'Property' tab is also your new home for managing grid connection applications, keeping all your key property, compliance, and application data in one central place.
