Preview the Client Portal as your Customer

You can now see the Client Portal exactly as your Customer sees it, without asking them to share their screen.

Open a Proposal, Invoice or Change Proposal you have already sent and select Preview as Customer. The Portal opens in a new tab, with a banner reminding you that you are previewing.

• A preview never counts as a visit. A Proposal your Customer has not opened still reads as unopened afterwards.
• You can keep several previews open at once, one per browser tab, so you can compare what two Customers are seeing side by side.

Sales Agents, Sales Managers, Admins and Super Admins can use the preview.
