See where a project's money stands from its header
The chart at the top of each project now shows how far along its money is, not just the totals. Revenue, materials and labor each split into three parts, so you can see at a glance what's done, what's on its way and what's left.
| Row | Done | Committed | Still to go |
|---|---|---|---|
| Revenue | Paid | Invoiced, not yet paid | Still to invoice |
| Materials | Bought | Ordered, not yet received | Still to buy |
| Labor | Tracked | Booked, not yet worked | Still to book |
"Still to go" is your forecast less what's done and committed: the proposal's value for revenue, the materials list for materials, and the forecast costs on the project's Labor tab for labor.
Hover over any row to see the exact amounts. Profit shows what you've made so far against the forecast, and turns red if the project is running at a loss.
Project progress now lives in the chart
The separate Project progress card has gone. Everything it showed is in the revenue row: what's been paid, what's invoiced and waiting to be paid, and what's still to invoice. Revenue, costs and profit are all before sales tax, so they add up with each other.
