See what Agent Dave is doing as it works

Following our recent update letting Super Admins give Agent Dave standing instructions for your account, Dave now also shows you what it is doing while it works.

Progress labels. When Dave takes on a longer task, the chat shows a running description of the work, for example "Reading your pipelines, automations and email templates" or "Setting up an automation". These labels describe the kind of work Dave is doing, and they never include your Customers' data.

Context badges. The chat panel now shows badges for the Project, Customer, or page Dave currently has in context, so you can see at a glance what it is looking at before you ask your question.

Together with account instructions, this means Dave both knows how your business works and shows you the work as it happens.
