About Payaca
Clean tech installation management software helping solar, heat pump, battery storage, and EV charger installers scale their operations with automated workflows and compliance tools.
In the UK transport, electricity, and heating account for 60% of greenhouse gas emissions. To limit global temperature increases to 2°C, we and the rest of the planet must decarbonise these sectors by 2050.

How we work
We're an office-first team based in central Bristol. After morning standups, most days are clear for focus time—we keep meetings to a minimum so you can do deep work.
We've embraced agentic AI across the company. Engineers delegate work to coding agents, enabling us to ship more features and tackle ambitious refactors. We don't have dedicated Product Managers, so you'll have the freedom and responsibility to make key decisions yourself.
We value diverse perspectives and encourage you to apply even if you don't tick every box.
