How we calculate your savings
Our calculator uses conservative benchmarks based on data from hundreds of clean tech installers who use Payaca.
Time savings: We measure the reduction in admin time across quote creation, scheduling, compliance documentation, invoicing, and customer communications. These vary by industry - heat pump installers typically have more compliance overhead than EV charger installers, for example.
Value calculation: We convert time saved into monetary value using industry-standard hourly rates (£18/hour for admin work). We also factor in the revenue advantage of responding to enquiries faster - installers who quote within 24 hours win significantly more work.
