Ahead of the release of our full suite of automation tools, we've just given you access to our new "Deal Pipeline Editor".
The default Payaca pipeline automatically tracks your deals from "New lead" all the way through to being "Fully paid". It's a fantastic way to visualise what's going on in your business, but it doesn't take account of any unique steps in how you work.
Our latest release lets you add up to 10 pipelines with as many as 15 custom stages per pipeline! It's really easy to get started:
- Head over to your Deals page in our web app
- Click on the new "All Deals" dropdown at the top of the page
- Click "Add New" to start creating your new first custom pipeline
- If you want to add existing deals to custom pipelines just tag it with the same name as the pipeline
