Manage your Materials: create Purchase Orders independent of Projects

Navigate to the 'Purchase Orders' tab of a Supplier page, and you'll see a button on the right to create a new Purchase Order for that Supplier.

Purchase Orders created in this way are independent and have no link to any Project.
