Added "Viewed" status label

We found tracking email "Read" was unreliable as a lot of email clients block the tracking now. Instead we have added a status label "Viewed" which is shown when your customer clicks the link to open the quote. This is lot more helpful as you know they've seen what you've sent them.

This also brings it inline with the mobile push notifications which if turned on notifies you that the status has been updated.
