Ask Agent Dave to update your Glow settings and MCS number

Your Glow settings decide how every solar design and estimate comes out, so they need to stay current. Agent Dave can now check and change them for you.

Ask in plain English, for example:

• "We quote a 12p export rate now. Can you update our Glow solar rates?"
• "What edge setback are we using on new designs?"
• "Add our MCS certification number to the account."

Dave can work with:

• your solar rates, used for bill savings and payback on solar estimates
• how you lay arrays, such as edge setback and panel gaps
• your battery information
• your MCS certification number, and whether you're certified for battery storage

If you have the settings page open, it updates as soon as Dave makes the change.
