Automations

Dave can now help you set up automations that trigger actions based on events in your workflow:

What Dave can create:

• Send email or SMS notifications
• Add or remove tags from projects and events
• Create tasks on projects
• Move projects to different pipeline stages

Examples:

• "Dave, create an automation that sends an SMS to the customer when their project moves to 'Installation Complete'"
• "Dave, set up an automation to add the 'Urgent' tag when a project enters the 'Awaiting Parts' stage"
• "Dave, create an automation that creates a 'Follow up call' task when a quote is sent"
• "Dave, what automations do I currently have set up?"

Custom Fields

Dave now has comprehensive knowledge of custom fields and can:

• Explain your existing custom field structure
• Create new custom fields and fieldsets for projects or customers

Examples:

• "Dave, what custom fields do we have for customers?"
