Apply a Proposal Template to a draft Proposal

Proposal Templates are a great way to speed up the creation of Proposals in Payaca and ensure consistency. Until now, they could only be used when creating a new Proposal though. It is now possible to update a draft Proposal with a Template. This will update the intro, notes, payment schedule and "valid for" to match the template, while leaving the items untouched.

This is a great way to ensure all Proposals are updated with your latest wording, custom field entries and terms before they are sent to the Customer.

If you're not already using Proposal Templates, you can set them up in Payaca.
