Client portal UI update

We have updated the client portal with the new design. Notably:

Actions banners - now appear automatically based on actions required by the customer. For example:

• Signature required – shown when a document requires a signature.
• Payment due - shown when an invoice requires payment.
• Accept change proposal - shown when there is a new change proposal.

Proposals section – scrolls horizontally on mobile devices and displays in a stacked layout on desktop.

Files section – scrolls horizontally on mobile and displays in a grid layout on desktop.
