Put your accreditation numbers on every document, email and automation

Your paperwork carries the same details on every job: your TrustMark licence, your RECC membership, your insurance details. You can now keep them as company custom fields, fill them in once and use them everywhere you send something to a customer.

Set them up once

Add a fieldset under Settings → Custom data → Company custom fields, for example "Trade memberships" with a field for each number. Then fill in the values under Settings → Company → Company fields.

When a number changes, update it there and everything that uses it picks up the new value.

Use them anywhere you send something

• Document templates, including images such as a scheme badge
• Email templates for your proposal and invoice emails
• Proposal templates, in the intro and notes
• Automation emails and texts, from the list of variables on the action

While a template or automation uses a company field, Payaca won't let you delete it.

Agent Dave can set them up too. Just ask: "Add a company field for our TrustMark licence number and set it to 1234567."
