⚡️ Improved efficiency - collecting custom Project data

Since the release of our Custom Fieldsets feature, Payaca users have been able to store custom data against their Projects. This data is viewable and editable by office-based Payaca users on the webapp.

But what if the people who need to provide this data are not office-based users, but instead are engineers or other members of the field-based team?

That's where our new feature comes in - giving you the ability to create tasks requiring your field-based users to provide custom Project data.

• ✏️ It's clear to field users what data they need to collect when they're on site
• ⚡️ When a field user submits the data they've collected, it gets set against the Project
• 🤔 Custom Fieldset audit logs allow office users to see who set which custom data against a Project, and when
