Improved stability of PDF forms on poor connections in Field Service app

When you are out in the field, a reliable internet connection can be hard to find. That's why we support completing forms offline in the 'Field Service by Payaca' mobile app, and automatically sync your changes when you come back online.

We have now made so improvements to this feature to make sure it works just as well if you are on an unreliable connection which is dropping in and out. Form changes which fail to sync because of connection problems will now be stored and synced later, just like fully-offline changes.
