Payment schedules on Change Proposals

When a Project's scope changes mid-flight, the payment schedule needs to change with it. Until now, Change Proposals that change the Project's value invalidated the payment schedule, forcing you to manually create invoices going forward.

Now, you can attach a payment schedule directly to a Change Proposal. Your Customer sees the updated schedule alongside the proposed changes in the Client Portal and downloadable PDF, and when they accept the Change Proposal the new schedule is applied to the Project automatically.
