Send your team a link to a project

If you are using automations to send messages to members of your team, you can now include a link to the project which triggered the message in the Payaca web app (web.payaca.com).

You'll find the link in the list of available variables for an email or SMS automation action, called Project link for my team.

The link requires signing in to your Payaca account to view the project, so only use it for people who are users in your account.

Things to use it for

  • Tell the office when a proposal goes out. Send a shared inbox a note the moment a proposal is sent, opening on the project it belongs to.
  • Hand over after a site survey. When a heat pump project reaches your install stage, email the installation team a link to the project so they can read the survey notes and photos.
  • Move a DNO application along. When a solar project's connection application changes status, text the owner a link.

Your customers still get the proposal and invoice links they always have. This one is for the messages that go to your own team.

Set it up on your automations page.
