Remove accepted status on Proposal

Now you can quickly update a Proposal when changes are agreed upon with your Customer and get them to re-sign it.

If you would like an audit trail of changes we recommend using the existing "Change Proposal" process, but if you simply want to overwrite the existing Proposal you can remove the acceptance and then "Edit".

To remove the accepted status:

Please be aware that you still can't remove a customer's acceptance if the Project has active Invoices or a recorded payment.
