Resolved: Links in some emails not resolving

On Thursday at 9am we identified an issue with links in emails not resolving. By 11am we triaged the root cause to our email provider's built in link tracking service having an outage. We immediately disabled this functionality so that new emails were not impacted, but some historic emails continued to be impacted.

We can now confirm that our email provider has identified and resolved the underlying issue, resolving the incident.

We track opens of Proposals & Invoices ourselves, so we have left this second form of link tracking disabled. This will not impact any functionality in Payaca, but will avoid similar outages impacting you or your customers.
