Build Proposals with everything in view

Build, review and send a Proposal without leaving the builder. Every change appears in the live Customer preview, while Items, copy, payment options and attachments all stay within reach.

This is now the standard way to create and edit Proposals in Payaca. There is nothing to switch on: open a current Project and start building.

Keep the Customer's Proposal in view while you work, with every change appearing in the live preview. You can:

• Add individual catalogue Items or bring in a complete saved group.
• Apply an existing Proposal Template and have your changes saved automatically as you work.
• Arrange required Items, optional extras and multiple-choice options by dragging them between groups.
• Edit Items and linked Materials without leaving the builder.
• Write the introduction and notes yourself, or ask Agent Dave to draft them from the Project and the Items you are selling.
• Set a deposit or payment schedule, choose payment options, add attachments and check the financial summary in the same place.
• Choose the recipient and, where configured, which business email address the Proposal comes from before sending.

The Customer-facing Proposal updates totals and selections immediately as options are changed, making packages easier to compare without reloading the page.

Proposals you have already sent remain available. If one needs changing, Payaca creates a replacement version rather than altering the document your Customer originally received.
