Show grants on estimates and proposals
You can now add grants to your proposals. Your customers see exactly what the grant takes off the project value, and we make sure you only invoice the customer for the amount they need to pay.
This feature is ideal for representing government subsidies like the UK Boiler Upgrade Scheme. If you are currently using payment summary alerts for this, you can switch over for a better customer experience.
Clearer estimates and proposals
A customer reading an estimate or proposal cares most about one number: what they will pay. If you add a grant, they will now see:
- the full price of the install
- the grant as its own named deduction (e.g. "Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS)")
- the total payable, after the grant is deducted

If the proposal has a payment schedule, the grant shows as its own clearly-labelled stage, and the customer payment stages are reduced to account for the grant deduction.

Profit figures you can trust
A grant is not a discount. It changes who pays, but not your revenue. You can now have fully accurate profitability reporting, showing the true value to your business.
Get started
For UK heat pump installers, simply ask Agent Dave to "Set up the BUS grant". For other grant types, tell it the name and amount of the grant you want to use.
Once set up, the grant will be available to select when you build a proposal, or you can add it to a proposal template.
If you're using Payaca Flow to create heat pump estimates, it can add a grant automatically, then carry it through to the full proposal.
