Payaca now runs in euros

Accounts can now be set to the Ireland region, so install businesses trading in Ireland can run Payaca in euros.

With the region set to Ireland, the account currency is EUR, with the Irish locale (en-IE) and the Europe/Dublin timezone as the defaults. Quotes, proposals and invoices come out in euros with Irish VAT rates, and address lookup finds Irish addresses. Service plans you sell to your customers charge in euros through your Stripe account, by card only, as Bacs Direct Debit is UK-only.
