Introducing Service Plan Projects

Each Service Plan Period now automatically gets its own Service Plan Project, giving your recurring service work access to some of the rich functionality Projects have like Custom Fields, Files, and the Client Portal.

What's changed?

When a Service Plan Period is created, Payaca creates a Service Plan Project for it. The Service Plan Project page is tailored for service work:

Built around Commitments

  • Commitments front and centre - the Commitments tab is the default view, with actions to arrange, complete, or delete each one
  • Period status in the header - see at a glance whether the Period is in progress or complete, and mark it done when you're finished

Client Portal

Your Customers will see a clean view too. They can view Files & Events in the Client Portal just like with regular Projects. In addition, the standard Invoices section is replaced with a link to the Stripe billing portal where they can manage their Subscription.
